Kristina was born and raised in Raleigh, NC. She received her Bachelor of Science in Biology and Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She earned her Master of Medical Science from Wake Forest University School of Medicine. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends and cheering for the Tar Heels.

Kirsten Renz, PA-C

Kirsten is from Greensboro North Carolina. She received her Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Campbell University. She earned her Masters of Physician Assistant from Campbell University, graduating with pi alpha honors. In her free time, she enjoys staying active by going to the gym, running and going on hikes with her friends and family.

KC grew up in Peekskill, NY where she always had a love of science and medicine. She attended Pace University in Pleasantville, NY where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. She then spent 5 years in Dallas TX, where she attended the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas. There she received a second Bachelor of Science degree in Prosthetics and Orthotics. KC completed her residencies for both disciplines at the UNC Hospital Brace Shop in Chapel Hill, NC. She achieved certification in both Prosthetics and Orthotics in 2001. She currently lives in Fuquay-Varina and enjoys spending time with her husband and two boys.

Mariah Cybator
Physical Therapist

Mariah is originally from Pittsburgh, PA. She attended West Virginia University where she received her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology and was on the dance team for a period of time. She then attended Slippery Rock University where she received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. She completed her clinical rotations with pediatric, adolescent, and adult patients with a multitude of musculoskeletal diagnoses, including spinal conditions. She also worked closely with the Pittsburgh Ballet Theater dancers and their physical therapist for a semester. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, taking trips to the beach, and trying new restaurants in Raleigh.

Alex Bonner
Physical Therapist
Alex is originally from Wilmington, NC. She attended Appalachian State University for undergrad where she received her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science in 2012. She taught Pilates and a multitude of other fitness classes while working in corporate wellness before returning to graduate school to earn her degree as a Doctor of Physical Therapy. She has received specialty training as a physical therapist through the Barcelona Scoliosis Physical Therapy School and Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehab Institute.
